Entry: mendacious (adj.)

In context: "The worst instance of both Orin's mendacious idiocy and Mrs. Incandenza's unwillingness to countenance an idiotic lie came one grisly day soon after Orin had finally gotten his vehicle operator's license."

Definition:  Lying, untruthful; false.


Other: I'm glad that I do not need to relate much of the story that follows from the passage above.
